Friday & Saturday Events:

The client will have a set 13 hour time frame of 10:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M.

Sunday:

The client will have a set 13 hour time frame of 9:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M.

Tuesday:

The client will have a set 10 hour time frame from 11am-9pm

*All venue bookings come with a 1 hour rehearsal

Venue staff will set up the reception tables & chairs according to the clients floorplan. At the end of the event venue staff will tear down tables and chairs. We just ask that the client has all trash in trash cans and takes their personal decorations and items with them by the venue end time.

To Assist with planning the venue offers sample reception layout diagrams that highlight a selection of our most popular configurations for various guest counts. These examples are provided as a helpful reference to inspire layout planning and visualize how the space is commonly arranged.

The Vintage Rose has two conveniently located restrooms for you and your guests. One of the wedding party suites also has a private restroom.

The Vintage Rose has two wedding party suites for you to utilize during your entire day! Both rooms are equipt with heating and A/C for your comfort.

The ceremony location has 200 white folding chairs available, while the reception location has 200 wooden padded chairs. There are 10 rectangle tables and 20 round tables available with the venue rental.

When first pulling into The Vintage Rose, you will find yourself in our smaller guest parking lot. If you continue down our lane we have a large grass parking lot that guests use on wedding days.

A fridge and a freezer are available for your use!

The Vintage Rose has a long list of amazing rentals that clients can choose to add onto their wedding package. Some items include furniture, decor, heaters, extra venue hours, and much more.
